How to Create and Use Custom AI Fields

Once you’re logged into Pipenora, head over to your contacts or companies list. You’ll notice a “+” button that allows you or your manager to create up to five custom fields for both contacts and companies.
- 2. Create Custom AI Prompts
Pipenora offers a library of pre-made AI prompts to help you get started. These prompts cover various use cases, such as identifying whether a lead is B2B or B2C, determining pain points, or crafting a value proposition. You can either select a pre-made prompt or customize your own to meet your specific business needs.
